Mildenhall Town complete signing of Ryan Yallop from Haverhill Rovers
Ryan Yallop has become Mildenhall Town manager Ricky Cornish's ninth signing of the summer.
Yallop, who had a brief spell at Recreation Way last season, spent the majority of 2018/19 with fellow Thurlow Nunn League Premier Division side Haverhill Rovers.
The former Bury Town and Stowmarket Town midfielder – named Suffolk FA Under-18 Representative Team Player of the Year in 2017 – made a total of 21 appearances for Rovers, with a further outing coming as a substitute.
However, he is now back with a Mildenhall outfit that have found the net 10 times in their opening three pre-season friendlies against lower-league opposition.
Cornish said: "Colin (Vowden, assistant) and I would like to welcome Ryan to the club. He is another young, mobile player who has a bright future in the game. He is a good passer of the ball as well. Ryan is also known by a lot of the squad and will fit in seamlessly."
Mildenhall's pre-season continues on Wednesday evening with the visit of Yallop's former club Bury (7.45pm).
