Elsewhere, Steve Edwards, Alan Shand and Purbrook featured in the Bungay Cross Country, with Bee Chapman clocking 57.54 in the Cani at the Thetford track.

n Newmarket Cycling and Triathlon Club’s Sheila Shead was among the 2,000 runners competing in the Inverness Half Marathon on Sunday.
