Dorothy Wysoczanska was spotted by police as she drove for 20 miles towards Bury St Edmunds on Christmas Day 2013, with police using a rolling roadblock to stop her.
The nurse was given a two month suspended prison sentence last March after admitting drink driving and dangerous driving.
David Kyle, chairman of the tribunal hearing her case, said: “The panel acknowledges the remorse you have displayed and the insight you have shown into your actions.”
Mr Kyle said there was no evidence before the panel which suggested her clinical practice was impaired in any way. She had told the panel she did not intend to drive again.
Ipswich Crown Court heard that she had been fleeing a violent encounter with her boyfriend at the time of the offence.
