New head chef joins Tuddenham Mill team

A new face will be taking over the kitchen at Tuddenham Mill next month.

Head chef Lee Bye will take over from Paul Foster, who is moving on after four years at the popular hotel and restaurant.

Lee said: “My style is very much a boy who has grown up in the country, who loves working with the best produce that the region has to offer. The food at Tuddenham Mill will be a mix of local and British produce, working strongly within the seasons, and focusing on taste and balance across the menu.” Visit for more information.
