Motorcyclist suffers serious injuries after crash with cement mixer just outside Red Lodge

A motorcyclist has suffered serious injuries after being involved in a crash with a cement mixer just outside Red Lodge.
Today Suffolk Police were called to Elms Road at about 7.10am to reports the motorbike and cement mixer had collided.
A police spokesman said the rider had suffered serious but not life threatening injuries.

An air ambulance was called to the scene, but the rider was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge, where he remains.
The road, which was closed by police at about 7.45am, remains shut between Freckenham and the A11 slip road while recovery services work at the scene.
