Entries are being sought for The Great Mildenhall Easter Bake Off on April 4.
Staged at the Jubilee Centre, Mildenhall, the event is raising money for CLIC Sargent and Mildenhall and District Lions’ chosen charities.
Two top chefs will be judging the cakes on presentation and taste. They are James Fairchild from Newmarket’s Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa and Ged Sharrocks from The Riverside House Hotel in Mildenhall.
James said: “The amount of effort that went into last year’s bake off was phenomenal. The thought, flavour and technical skill put into the cakes was outstanding. I’m looking forward to seeing great things again this year.”
Kirsti Fox, secretary of Mildenhall Lions said: “We are so pleased to be hosting another Bake Off due to the success of last year.”
