Cambridgeshire Police officer acquitted of assault

A Cambridgeshire police officer has been acquitted on one count of common assault.

PC David Williams, 51, from Cambridgeshire Constabulary, was found not guilty following a trial at King’s Lynn Crown Court yesterday (December 22).

PC Williams remains on restricted duties.
