FORDHAM were outplayed in this encounter but remain optimistic that they can turn their season around with 36 points still to play for.

The home side led 3-0 at the halfway stage and scored a fourth immediately after the break.

Johnny Flack pulled one back for Fordham but Lakenheath confirmed their dominance with two further strikes.
