Four riders from a school in Ely enjoyed a moments to savour in the saddle during a showjumping competition near Bury St Edmunds at the end of last month.
King’s School pupils Rachael Attwood, Sebastian Bishop, Katie Cameron and Friea Gould headed over to The Jays Equestrian Centre for the one-day competition.
In the 80cm class was a team win for the trio of Attwood, Cameron and Gould, while there was further joy for Reach-based Cameron, who took the individual win.
The representatives from the Cambridgeshire school also dominated the 90cm class with Bishop, Cameron and Gould taking the team win, while there was a one-two in the individual standings with Bishop taking the win and Cameron second.
Bishop doubled his tally on the day when taking the outright win in the one-metre class.
