Mildenhall fast bowler Tymal Mills is hoping his injury problems are behind him after completing a move to Sussex last week.

The 22-year-old penned a two-year contract at Hove after turning down an offer to stay at Essex.

And Mills — whose fastest deliveries can top 90mph — was delighted to make the switch.

“I’m really pleased to be on board,” the left-arm fast bowler told Sussex’s official website. “As soon as Sussex came in for me, I knew it was a county that I wanted to join.”

Mills joined Essex from Suffolk in 2011 and racked up 76 wickets in 59 first-team appearances.
