Suffolk football semi-final dates confirmed

A number of semi-final details for Suffolk football competitions have been confirmed.

The last four of this season’s Suffolk FA Sunday Shield will take place on Sunday, March 6.

Elite 405 will face Holbrook Swan at Ipswich Wanderers FC at 11am and Haverhill Hammers will meet Mellis at Walsham-le-Willows FC at 2.30pm.

The details for the under-18 Midweek Youth Cup, sponsored by Days Sports, have also been finalised.

Needham Market will take on Stowmarket Town at Whitton United FC and AFC Sudbury will meet Newmarket Town at Haverhill Rovers FC.

Both ties will take place on Wednesday, March 9, kicking-off at 7.30pm.

Bungay Town and Woodbridge Town will host the semi-finals of this season’s Suffolk FA Junior Cup, sponsored by CNet Training, on Saturday, March 19, kicking-off at 3pm.

AFC Hoxne will face Spexhall Huntsman and Hounds at Bungay Town FC and Benhall St Mary will meet Henley Athletic at Woodbridge Town FC.

Stowmarket Town and Walsham-le-Willows will stage the semi-finals of this season’s Suffolk FA Women’s Cup sponsored by HomeStore.

AFC Sudbury will play Ipswich Town at Stowmarket Town FC and Bury Town will take on Kirkley & Pakefield at Walsham-le-Willows FC.

Both ties will take place on Sunday, March 20, kicking-off at 2.30pm.
