Mildenhall Town have announced the appointment of Dean Greygoose as interim manager.
The former Manchester City goalkeeping coach, who also played in goal for Leyton Orient and Crystal Palace, takes over the temporary reigns after Christian Appleford stepped down at the weekend.
Greygoose — who will be assisted by his son Sean — has experience in the Thurlow Nunn League Premier Division, after managerial roles with Haverhill Rovers and Diss Town (assistant) this year.
He was also assistant to Hall’s director of football Alan Alsop when the pair guided Ely City to second in the Premier Division in 2011/12.
Mildenhall chairman Martin Tuck said on the announcement: “Dean has so much football experience at a professional and local level.
“Along with his UEFA coaching qualifications, which will be invaluable as we continue to build the club for the future.”
