Mildenhall Speedway Fen Tigers Theo Pipjer
MILDENHALL Fen Tigers have snapped up former Edinburgh rider Theo Pipjer in a bid to stregthen the team.
Subject to BSPA clearance, fans were expected to see the Dutch rider in action on Sunday against fellow strugglers Glasgow.
