CHRIS Wall could have a rewarding payday with his lightly raced Premio Loco in the totescoop6 London Mile Heritage Handicap at Kempton on Saturday.
After a satisfactory reappearance at Newmarket in May, he was ready to rumble at Kempton last time out, coming with a storming late run to beat the subsequent winner Rose Street by two-and-a-half lengths.

Since then, his whole programme has been
geared to a tilt at this valuable prize in which his main danger could be Ebn Malk from the in-form Michael Jarvis yard.

While on that Kempton card, take a good look at James Fanshawe's Broken Moon for the totesportcasino.com Handicap.

The Galileo filly indicated that the Pegasus team was returning to form when she coasted home two-and-a-half lengths clear of Lindy Lou at Yarmouth.

This two-mile trip will bring out the best in her and she should outstay her opponents, though if Fanshawe relies on another improving three-year-old Sphere, he should be backed instead.

Luca Cumani's tough sprinter Balthazar's Gift represents HQ's best hope in the Betfred Sprint Cup at Haydock on Saturday.

Though his only win this season was in a Listed Race at Newmarket, he has performed with distinction at the highest level.

His ninth to Marchand D'Or in the Prix Maurice de Gheest was a creditable effort as the extra half-furlong may have found him out.

The soft ground anticipated on the Lancashire course should not cause him any problems as all his five wins have been gained on good to soft ground.

While on the Haydock card, go with Michael Jarvis's Island Vista in the Betfred 750 Shops Nationwide Handicap.

She put in an impressive display to beat Duncan with more in hand than her half-length winning margin at Windsor might indicate.

Everything she has done on the gallops has pleased her trainer and this upwardly mobile filly could dispose of the fancied Tasheba to win this race before going on to seek some black type.

Michael Jarvis can continue his good run by saddling Sortita and Beraimi to land a double at Lingfield tomorrow.

Sortita was slow to come to hand but after a third at Goodwood in May went in at Doncaster last month. Her work suggests she is still improving and she can confirm this view in the Jackson Lift Group Handicap.

Stable companion Beraimi is strongly fancied to improve on his Sandown second to the useful Pegasus Lad by winning the Withyham Median Auction Stakes.

Henry Cecil's Bouvardia is expected to get her name on the scoreboard in the European Breeders Fund Quidhampton Stakes.

Her second to the subsequent Listed Race winner Snoqualmie Girl on our July Course was encouraging and her work indicates she can use this race as a stepping-stone to greater heights.

Hugh Collingridge's Suzi Spends should not be missed in the Swan Handicap under the lights at Great Leighs tonight.

Originally with Mark Johnston, she has done well for her new trainer winning on the Essex course with something in hand last time out.

Further afield, HQ trainers mount a strong challenge for the weekend's Bosphorous Cup in Turkey.

Leading the way home could be William Haggas' Royal Ascot winner Collection, who should be excused his last defeat in the Gr 2 Prix Eugene Adam at Maisons-Lafitte as the ground turned too soft for him at the eleventh hour.

Granted the right conditions underfoot, he makes more appeal than Pressing, who Michael Jarvis sent out to be second to the German raider Bussoni at Istanbul's well-appointed Veliefendi racecourse 12 months ago.
