THE Ridgeons League has announced the preliminary and first round ties of the League Challenge Cup.
Premier League side Mildenhall Town will entertain Godmanchester, who finished 16th in Division One, on the week commencing September 29.

The winners of this tie will then travel to CRC in the first round proper on October 29.

Premier League newcomers Ely City face a difficult trip to Halstead Town, who beat Dennis Lightning's men home and away last season.

And Newmarket Town, who were relegated from the top flight, have been drawn away to Histon Reserves.

Both these games will be played on the week commencing October 20.
