SOHAM could soon be getting a floral facelift after members of the town's forum suggested setting up a Soham In Bloom.
Members will come up with ideas of how to spruce up the town, with the possibility of entering the annual In Bloom competition.

The idea was raised by Sheila Rayner at Soham Town Forum's meeting on Thursday.

"It's a very positive thing for the whole community," she said."It gives people an interest in their town."

Rosemary Aitchison suggested members should walk around the town to identify where flowers could be placed.

Donna Martin, forum chairman, will look into funding for the project.
"I think anything that makes the town feel better to live in is important," she said.
