RESIDENTS are being urged to attend a public consultation on Soham's future later this month.
A group of Soham town councillors have been visiting different groups and standing in various locations talking to people about ideas on expanding the town over the next 20 years.
About 100 invites have been sent out to select people for the consultation in the pavilion on March 25, where they will take part in workshop sessions. Residents will also get a chance to voice their ideas from 3.30pm to 8pm.
District councillor Mark Duckworth said: "This is probably one of the best opportunities that Soham has had in years to decide what will be policy in the local development framework."
