THE funeral of Kenneth John Williams took place at St Mary's Church, Newmarket, on March 10.
Mr Williams, who was 55, died suddenly outside his home in George Lambton Avenue, Newmarket, on March 1.

Born and educated in Newmarket, he had worked for many years as a slaughterman for Jack Taylor in the town with just a short time in between
spent working for French Kier when the water pipes were laid in The Avenue. He was forced into early retirement for health reasons.

A loving family man, he was a keen gardener and DIY enthusiast and loved his dogs Molly and Gizzy.

Mr Williams is survived by his wife Monica, and leaves two sons, Tom and Christopher, two daughters, Trisha and Fiona, and four grandchildren, Dylon, Brittany, Jessica and Keiron. He also leaves a brother Keith and sister Jackie.

The service was conducted by the Rev John Hardy and family mourners were: Monica Williams (widow), Fiona Williams and Tom O'Neill, Trisha, Brian, Dylan and Brittany Day, Keith and Kathy Williams, Geena Williams, Jessica Muller, Kevin Muller (Des and Garry Williams), Kerry O'Neill and Colin Donnelly, Darren O'Neill and Sam Parnell, Daniel O'Neill and Kayleigh, Annette and Mick Thomas, Jenny Moore (Mick Moore), Robert and Matt Fouhy, Margaret Mace and Ian Impey and Jackie and John James.
