THE funeral of Hilda Adeline Lee, of Kingfisher House and formerly Somerset Court, Cheveley, took place at West Suffolk Crematorium, on April 4.
Mrs Lee died in West Suffolk Hospital, Bury St Edmunds, on March 23 after a short illness. She was 95.

Born in Newmarket, she attended All Saints' School and by trade was a dressmaker.

She enjoyed attending Newmarket Day Centre, reading and watching television.

Mrs Lee leaves a son, Peter, a granddaughter and two great-granddaughters.

The service was taken by the Rev Graham Locking and mourners were: Peter and Daphne Lee, Michaela and Peter Whyard, Bill and Marina Savin, Veronica Wiseman, Margaret Wiseman, Suzanne Scott, Belinda Olding, Hayley Savin, Keith Lee, Reg Devonish and Ray and Pam Rudge (rep Peter Devonish and family).
