Two teenage girls have been charged with arson following a blaze at Exning Primary School last month.
The 16 year old and 17 year old, who can’t be named for legal reasons, have both been charged with causing £200,000 of damage to the building
The teenagers were arrested within days of the blaze which started in the early hours of Friday September 4. Both were bailed to allow further enquiries to be carried out.
They answered bail on Friday when they were charged. They are due to appear at Bury St Edmunds Youth Court on November 3.
