Stars come out to support hospice

Jamie Cullum, KT Tunstall, Eliza Doolittle, Jimmy Carr and Jason Manford are just some of the famous names on the bill for three nights of music and comedy in aid of a hospice that provides palliative care for children and young people in Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Worcestershire, Somerset, Norfolk and Greater Manchester.

Childish Things 8 will be spread over three nights from February 27 to 29 at the New Theatre in Oxford to raise money for Helen & Douglas House in Oxfordshire.

Tickets cost between £25 and £55 for both the music event at 7.30pm on February 27 and the comedy night at the same time on February 28 and 29.

More than £80,000 was raised from last year's events, which featured comedy from Michael McIntyre, James Corden and Miranda Hart and music provided by Radiohead drummer Philip Selway.

Tickets can be bought directly from the New Theatre or from the Helen & Douglas House shops in Abingdon, Chipping Norton, Thame, Wallingford and Witney.
