Man charged in connection with burglary in Milton Keynes

Thames Valley Police has charged a man in connection with a burglary in Milton Keynes.

Lewis Downes, aged 29, of no fixed abode, was charged on June 30 with one count of burglary, one count of aggravated taking without the owners consent and one count of possession of a class B drug – cannabis.

The burglary and TWOC offence took place in Johnsons Field in Olney, Milton Keynes overnight June 26-27 and the drugs offence took place on June 29 in Little Billing, Northamptonshire.

Downes was remanded in custody and appeared at Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court where he was bailed to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on August 1.
