A limited number of free tickets are still available for a charity concert which is to take place in Mildenhall’s Jubilee Centre on Saturday.
Between 50 and 70 tickets still remain for the fourth annual Raf Honington Band Concert which has been organised by members of Mildenhall Parish Council.
This year’s concert, which starts at 7.30pm, will be held in memory of former Mildenhall Parish councillor, and original organiser of the event, Mike Ball who died earlier this year.
“The uptake take of tickets was initially a little bit slow but as the event is getting closer things have started to pick up,” said Val Shrimpton, Mildenhall Parish Council clerk.
“We expect most the tickets to go as it is has proven to be a popular concert in the past.”
A variety of music will be played throughout the event ranging from military songs like the Dambusters March to music from the likes of hit musical Hairspray.
Tickets can be collected from Mildenhall Parish Council office until 4pm tomorrow. No tickets will be available on the night.
