Shed locks broken at allotments

SEVEN sheds on Red Lodge’s allotments were broken into last week.

The burglaries happened between 3pm on Thursday and 10am Friday at the site off Aspen Way.

The locks were broken on the sheds and officers are making inquiries with the allotment holders to establish what, if anything, was stolen.

A police spokesman said: “Police want to speak to anyone who may have seen or heard anything suspicious in this area between the times stated, or anyone with any information about this incident.”

Calls should be made to PCSO Tim Hartup, a member of the Mildenhall Safer Neighbourhood Team, on 101.

Alternatively, call Crimestoppers, which can be called free and anonymously, on 0800 555111.
