Have your say

The world will remember the fallen soldiers of the First World War when the centenary of the start of the conflict is marked later this year.

And for one Kirtling cyclist, paying tribute to those who paid the ultimate price for freedom will involve cycling hundreds of miles along the route of the Western Front to raise money for Help For Heroes.

Sarah Taylor, 27, will be one of 350 riders to take part in the Big Battlefield Bike Ride, an annual event organised by Help For Heroes to honour the sacrifices of past and current members of the armed forces.
