Masterchef finalist Sophie Atkins visited Stetchworth Old School Nursery to give children some cookery tips.

Former Master Chef finalist, and Wimpole Hall chef de partie, Sophie Atkins-Ward, teamed up with the Old School House nursery at Stetchworth to support healthy eating for children. She was cooking with the youngsters, staff, and parents, at a special event organised by the nursery last month which also included the official presentation to the staff team of the Children’s Trust Food Award which the nursery achieved earlier in the year, recognising excellence in all aspects of nutrition and healthy eating for children.

Linda Baston-Pitt nursery director said: “To be able to work with a top chef like Sophie is a great opportunity to really build on what we have achieved”
