MP welcomes crime fall in town

Mildenhall MP Matthew Hancock has welcomed news that crime has fallen in the town by 16 per cent in the past
year.

Recent figures have shown that the number of recorded crimes between January 2013 to January 2014 have fallen to 107, compared to 128 in the previous 12 months.

“I am delighted that we are seeing crime fall here in Mildenhall and across the county. This is down to the hard work and dedication of our police force who do a fantastic job,” said Mr Hancock.
