MP hosts town Jobs Fair

Matthew Hancock, MP for West Suffolk, is hosting the Newmarket Jobs Fair tomorrow at the Memorial Hall from 10am to 1pm.

There will be a wide range of businesses with stands including Tesco, Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays, GE Aviation, Care UK, Compass Group, Anglia Community Leisure and the Bedford Lodge Hotel as well as the British Racing School, Newmarket Racecourses, the Animal Health Trust and Newmarket’s Orchard House Surgery.

Jobcentre Plus, Newmarket College, West Suffolk College and Menta, Suffolk’s business advice service, will be on hand to provide advice and support for those looking to get into work, build their CV or start their own business.

Admission is free and anyone looking for a job, interested in apprenticeships, or thinking of taking on new employees, is encouraged to attend.
