Proceeds from a Soham pub’s weekly meat draw have been handed over to a town Scout group.

The weekly competition at the Carpenters Arms in Brook Street raised £1,000 in 2012 and will go towards buying a two-seater canoe for the 2nd Soham Scout Group. Draw organiser Pat Greenham is pictured with the cheque alongside representatives of Scouting in Soham and customers of the Carpenters Arms.
