Schools across the Newmarket, Soham and Mildenhall areas have been busy putting on their annual plays and shows.

Journal photographers Mark Westley and Richard Marsham have been out and about capturing this special time for youngsters and their teachers.

This week we are featuring the efforts of eight primary schools, Houldsworth Valley and Ditton Lodge in Newmarket, The Weatheralls in Soham, Swaffham Prior, Kettlefields, Cheveley, Burwell Village College and St Mary’s Academy in Mildenhall.
