The family of a Mildenhall father and grandfather, who died after a road collision in West Row, have said he will be “sadly missed”.
David Rolfe, 75, died at the scene of a three-car collision in West Row Road at about 7.55am.
A statement released by his family said he was a beloved husband to his wife of 53 years, Janet, and a much loved father and grandfather to daughter Teresa and granddaughter Charlotte.
The statement said: “He lived for the three woman in his life. He lived to help family, friends and neighbours. A giving person with a large heart. His love for the woman in his life was equal to his passion for working outdoors and gardening.
“He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.”
Police were called to reports of a collision involving a blue Toyota, red Peugeot and a white Mazda.
Officers are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
