Patients, relatives and carers who have used services at West Suffolk Hospital are being invited to share their views and further improve quality of care at a special event taking place next month.
It will give hospital users the chance to give their opinions about the care and treatment they received. These will then be anonymously collated and actions taken wherever necessary.
Sam Bower, deputy chief nurse at West Suffolk Hospital, said: “The forum will help us to identify where we are doing well, as well as highlighting areas where we could do better.
The event is on Saturday August 9 between 9.30am and 11.30am in the Education Centre at the rear of the hospital site. To book a place ring 01284 713949 or email email@example.com by August 1.
