Items worth £5,500 stolen from Red Lodge business yard.

Items worth a total of £5,500 were stolen from a business yard in Red Lodge.

Offenders broke into the yard, in Bridge End Road, between 4pm on Saturday and 8.15am on Monday.

A shipping container was forced open and a number of hand tools stolen, as well as an arc welder, power tools, a soldering iron, a Nokia mobile phone and golf clubs.

An old van was also broken into and a JCB turbo stolen, and around eight 20-litre containers of petrol were stolen from a Portakabin.
