Police have issued this E-fit following the incident, which took placed in Lowther Street at approximately 12.20am on Tuesday, May 19.

A house was broken into waking the resident inside, who was then threatened with a crowbar before having a small amount of cash stolen.

The suspect is described as a white man, aged in his 30s to 40s, between 5ft 10in and 6ft tall, of slim build, and clean shaven.

He was wearing a dark blue coloured ‘bomber-style’ jacket, a black beanie hat and orange gloves and spoke with an eastern European accent.
