TEN girls from Belarus have arrived in the area for a four-week stay.
The trip, organised by the Chernobyl Children Life Line, will include a day out at Legoland and a trip to Shepreth Wildlife Park.

The youngsters, who are staying with host families, arrived at Chippenham village hall last month and will stay until July 13.

Heather Burkinshaw, chairman of Chernobyl Children Life Line, said: "These children come here to benefit their health as their country is still feeling the effects of the Chernobyl disaster in 1986."

This is the seventh year that children from Belarus have visited the area and the Chernobyl Children Life Line has helped around 160 youngsters in that time.
