A HIT West End play is coming to Soham.
Art, a 1997 Olivier Award winner for best comedy, will be staged at the town's Comrades Club on Thursday at 8pm.

Performed by the Bury Theatre Royal rural touring group, the play is a comedy based on the exploration of friendship.

It focuses on a man called Serge, who spends 200,000 francs on a piece of art, putting three friendships on the brink of falling apart following arguments over the purchase.

The production is being hosted by the Soham Festival Society and Arts in Cambs.

Tickets cost £7/£6 for festival members or £8/£7 for non members and are available from Soham Books in the High Street or by calling 01353 624932 or 01353 723049.
