PUPILS at College Heath Middle school rolled back the years as they performed their own version of Sweeney Todd.
The cast, made up of nearly 100 children, performed Sweeney Todd, The Shock 'n' Roll Show to packed audiences over two nights in the school's gymnasium.

Taking on the role of Sweeney Todd, made famous by the likes of Ray Winstone and Johnny Depp, was Sian Edgeworth.

Drama teacher Liz Brett said: "It was a very successful and enjoyable show. Sian gave an extremely believable performance in the challenging role of Sweeney Todd."

To give the audience a chance to feel part of the production, pupils served up a selection of locally made pies from Mrs Lovett's fictional pie shop during the interval.
