Wealth of new products and techniques at craft show

Crafts enthusiasts are promised a wealth of new products and techniques at an action packed event.

The Creative Crafts Show, at the Five Lakes - Crowne Plaza Resort, near Tiptree, features Design2Stitch’s textile artist Norah Stocker, silk painting as well as Ali-Craft workshops to learn how to use inks, masks and stamps.

There will also be a Polymer Clay workshop with designer Birdy Heywood, where visitors can model a teddy bear or make a heart pendant.

Knitshop will explain how to knit wrist warmers and crochet flowers. Also on offer is a free stitch and knit area and a make and take area. The show, which is supported by Future publications, runs from February 14 to 16 at 10am to 5pm.
