Take a walk

On Sunday, Newmarket Ramblers have a figure-of-eight walk from the village car park at Lode, totalling 10½ miles. The morning five-and-a-half mile section starts at 10am.

Further details from the leader, Angela, on 01638 601028.

Wednesday morning’s five-mile walk is in the Hockwold area, crossing the Norfolk border, and starts from the RSPB car park just to the north of Lakenheath railway station. A parking charge is now in force for non-RSPB members and car sharing is recommended.

Members are reminded that further offers of walks for the group’s summer programme are required. Please contact Phil on 01638 751289.
