Lads gear up for annual pantomime

LAUGHTER is set to fill the air at Lakenheath Village Hall as a drama group takes to the stage for its annual pantomime.

Starting on Thursday, members of Lakenheath Amateur Dramatic Society will stage a three-night run of this year’s production Lucy Locket’s Lucky Day.

“This will be our 45th pantomime since the society was established and the 38th that I have written and produced,” said Horry Parsons, director.

“This year’s show is a brand new, original panto written especially for the society and is made up largely of a young, vibrant cast.”

Tickets cost £6 per adult and £3 per child under the age of 16 and can be purchased from Lakenheath News, in the High Street.

Each show will start at 7.30pm.
