Diverse musical acts set to dazzle at The Apex during February

The Apex has a diverse musical programme lined up for February.

At the beginning of the month this will include the East Anglia Chamber Orchestra (EAChO), Australian jazz trio Trichotomy and the Academy of Ancient Music.

On February 2 the EAChO, conducted by Tony Halstead, will fill the venue with the sounds of Bach, Mozart, Weber and Dittersdorf.

The performances will feature a rare double bass and viola concerto and Weber played on a natural horn.

The following evening the Academy of Ancient Music will return to The Apex to perform Bach’s four Orchestral Suites.

On February 8 Trichotomy, one of the most inventive and exciting trios in contemporary jazz, will get toes tapping throughout the venue.

For more information or to purchase tickets for these events go to www.theapex.co.uk or call 01284 758000.
