Impress your friends and family with good quality hand-made chocolates this Christmas.

Learn to make Chocolate Sweet Treats for Christmas as gifts or to enjoy yourself over two sessions at Newmarket College. The class will run on Wednesday 28 November and Wednesday 5 December from 7.00pm to 9.00pm and costs £18.

Learn to temper chocolate to form delicate shells to fill with ganache or caramel and then decorate them, using interesting flavours and techniques. Experiment with different flavours and make chocolate-covered cinder toffee and chocolate lollipops.
