A ROTTING vegetable which passes for the new Waterhall Railway Bridge at the north-eastern approach to Newmarket is not the best way to advertise the capital of Horseracing. I have seen landfill sites looking more attractive.
Perhaps the gaping holes in this structure, patched up with orange netting, could be improved upon after all this time?
