Sincere thanks to vets' practice
IT is very rare these days that you get civility and service from anyone and I spend most of my time complaining, but this time I want to dish out an accolade.
I have been a client at Swaynes, in Fordham Road, Newmarket, for many years and have always been satisfied with the treatment to my animals.
I had a sick cat this week and no transport, I was also ill myself and had doctors' appointments which my husband was running me to.
The help and understanding I received and the arrangements that were made to help me and my cat were just wonderful. The receptionist and my own vet in particular did all they could to help me and get my cat well again and worked round all my difficulties.
I do not want to mention names in case I embarrass anyone but I just want to say a big thank you to a great practice which really cares about the clients and their animals .
