Obituary: Geoff Parr
THE funeral of Geoff Parr took place at West Suffolk Crematorium, Risby, on January 31.
Mr Parr, of Isaacson Road, Burwell, died suddenly at his home on January 16. He was 88.
Born in Burwell, he had been chief salaries and wages officer at West Suffolk Hospital in his working life.
A keen gardener, Mr Parr is survived by his sister, Catherine Goodchild.
The service was taken by the Rev Graham Locking.
Family mourners were: Thomas and Catherine Goodchild, and Jane and Les Williamson (rep Andrew Boyle, Sarah Griffiths, Charlotte Underhill, Jemma Boyce and Jade Underhill).
