Former Newmarket teacher, now children’s author, Kay Ewan, will be at Waterstones in Bury St Edmunds on Saturday, February 16, between 11am and 2pm.

She will be promoting her newly published series of 10 books about the adventures of Mickey and Edward, two lovable jungle animals. Born in Burrough Green, Kay taught at All Saints’ and St Felix schools in Newmarket between 2006 and 2008. “It would be lovely to see lots of the children I have taught,” she said.
