Four new members on college governing body

West Suffolk College’s Board of Governors welcomed four new members, who had been appointed to the Governing Body at the Corporation meeting in December.

The new Governors are Maggie Symonds, Alan Maltpress, Steve Clarke and student governor Jack Biscoe.

Richard Carter, Chairman of Governors, said: “I am very pleased to welcome four fresh faces onto the governing body.

“With their commercial and social enterprise backgrounds, Maggie, Alan and Steve bring with them a wealth of experience which will help to inform our decision-making and mould the future strategic direction of the College.

“Jack is already proving himself to be a very active governor and I look forward to his contributions from the student perspective.”
