Eva Bramley

EVA Mabel Bramley, of Barlings Court, Newmarket, died at The Meadows, Haverhill, on February 20. She was 98.

Born in Newmarket, Mrs Bramley, a housewife and mother, enjoyed knitting, going to social clubs and bingo.

She leaves two sons, Cecil and Peter, and four grandchildren, Karen, Barbara, Michelle and Nicola.

Her funeral took place at St Martin's Church, Exning, on March 5 and the Rev Joyce Williams officiated.

Family mourners were: Cecil and Elfriede Bramley, Peter and Elizabeth Bramley, Karen and Gerard O'Shea, Barbara and Chris Bayes, Michelle Timmins, Nicola Bramley, Ryan, Michael and Adele O'Shea, Dick and Joyce Chapman, Roger and Angela Chapman, Andrew Chapman, Pam Chapman (rep John Chapman), Peter Scott (Linda and Cara Scott), Gladys Scott, June Chamberlain, Stephen Knappett, Karl Knappett and Christine and Rob Boyce (the late Ron Knappett's family).

Other mourners were: Marion McFarlane (Barlings Court), Lisa Thompson (Newmarket Day Centre), Miriam Morgan (Johnny), Win Cole, Doris Cant (Eileen Smith), Shirley Hiett and Frances Thake.
