Ena Norman
ISLEHAM High Street Baptist Chapel was packed on June 3 for the funeral of Ena Norman who died peacefully at Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridge, on May 20 after a very short illness. She was 77.
Born in Freckenham, she was educated at Mildenhall Secondary School, and over the years had various jobs locally.
An outgoing person, she loved to help anyone who needed it.
She loved spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren, and enjoyed dancing at Hiam Social Club with her husband. She was also a keen bingo player.
Widowed when her husband Fred died 13 years ago, she leaves a son Paul, granddaughter Jemma and grandson James.
